Our interviewing/hiring process at DuvaSawko requires candidates to submit a Resume for review as the 1st step. Human Resources Department reviews submitted resumes first. Human Resources then forwards selected Resumes to the specific hiring manager for review. Selections for interviews are based on candidates' qualifications & experience, coupled with the current needs of the company.
If the candidate is selected, they will receive a call from Human Resources to set up the 1st interview. When the candidate arrives for the 1st interview, an employment application will be provided (unless the candidate has already completed an application).
The application must be completed prior to the interview (approx 10 minutes to complete). At this point Human Resources can conduct a thorough interview based on information in the submitted application and resume. Candidates should allot for 1 to 1 ½ hour(s) interview time, depending on position.
The 1st interview will determine which candidates are recommended for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. If the candidate is NOT selected for hire after the 2nd interview, a letter will be sent to the candidate letting them know another candidate was selected.
Resumes are filed for 6-months for future consideration.
If a candidate requests an application in person at our facility, DuvaSawko will issue an application, with the understanding that the company requests that a Resume be submitted with the completed Application before being considered for an interview.
